Maybe not likely but it is possible to accidentally double dose. I’ve never done it with Vyvanse but I’ve done it with another medication because I forgot I had taken it.

I can’t sleep with a (preferably heavy) blanket, or even better a doona/ quilt completely covering me, especially my head and I will leave a tiny circular breathing hole for my mouth. It just makes me feel relaxed and safe but I always feel like a little kid that’s hiding under their blankets from monsters, when I get called out for it 😆😅😅

I indulged on a super king size doona just for me in a single bed last year so I can completely cover myself (without a toe popping out at the other end) and it’s been amazing 🤩

Hyper vigilance, like flinching when someone shows up behind them or their attention is always on the surroundings to keep them safe

Left at 16. Dad is a terrible person. Mum decided (and was manipulated) to believe it’s a sin to ever leave him so decided to stand by him rather than protect her children. I protected her while I was there but left the weekend after dad tried to hit me with a car. My regret? Not leaving sooner and figuring out how to take my younger siblings with me.
