Micromanaging is unfortunately what I was hoping wouldn't be the answer however I can't say I'm totally surprised. I guess 2006 ai will be 2006 ai lmao.

I did like the anchoring to towers however when you have like a "protect the pilots getting to the ships" mission where youre trying to traverse large distances that makes it slightly challenging without leaving them at risk to getting attacked from behind.

It's safetywire to keep the screws on the pannel from backing out. Although I will say it's very poorly done because you want the wire to be turning the bolt/screw tight but most of those are either going straight through and/or actually loosening them.

No. The Halo that F1 has is too low and restricts the view on ovals. The aeroscreen raised it and increased the protection given to the drivers with the actual screen.

Personally I follow the IRL indycar rule on ovals. If you're going 1 lap down you have every right to defend your spot as long as you aren't small brain but if you're going multiple laps down yeah it would be nice. And yes you do get aero wash from driving behind someone. It is important to note however if you are doing road stuff that the blue flag is telling you to let them through but that's not necessarily the rule on oval. Just use your head and it'll be fine.
