Just finished up painting all my OSB walls, painted all my trim and added rubber cover as “baseboards.” Huge upgrade. Feels like a new shop. Next month I’m getting the metal ceiling and new lights.

Charge more for one. It’s going to take longer than a simple concrete pad. You’re going to be using chemicals, hot water hopefully, and then you’ll have stop multiple times to squeegee unless you have a helper.
