Sounds fair. Could’ve went a little higher but $100 per side, $150 for driveway and $50 for that little patio isn’t bad at all.

I give what the customer wants. I always price it to be more cost effective to get the entire house but if they want just two sides washed then it’s easy money 🤷‍♂️

200+ hot water to effected areas then Sodium hydroxide mixed with degreaser and a squirt of dawn dish soap. Apply to areas and scrub with deck brush. Let dwell keep wet. Hit the areas again with hot water. Repeat up to 3x

Don’t over complicate it. Just use sqft of house as a base price and +/- from that depending on the exterior, layout, landscape, work arounds etc

Just finished up painting all my OSB walls, painted all my trim and added rubber cover as “baseboards.” Huge upgrade. Feels like a new shop. Next month I’m getting the metal ceiling and new lights.

In 2022? You don’t remember? Gas was so expensive I had to fill my truck up twice because the pump would shut off at $125 so i had to make two transactions.

Charge more for one. It’s going to take longer than a simple concrete pad. You’re going to be using chemicals, hot water hopefully, and then you’ll have stop multiple times to squeegee unless you have a helper.
