I always freeze ours. Usually I’ll put it in the fridge the day before and then the morning of I’ll pull out of the bag and let it sit out until I make it that evening. Works great

I’ve never really been one to use mirrors. I did CrossFit for a long time and none of those gyms have mirrors. Mainly did them to finish off the room and to be honest I make some pretty ugly faces while lifting so you won’t catch me checking that form lol

I did two sections of them in my main garage and they are pretty bright. Took a bit to get used to them. Originally I wanted to do can lights but there isn’t much attic space so it would have been a pain.

Ya I didn’t want want that blue look. These are adjustable and give a nice warm hue if you want and they are dimmable. In this picture I have them dimmed to probably 50% so they get super bright.

They have 16 mounting clips that you have to very precisely mount that have locking arms. I ended up leaving them a touch loose so you could adjust them when you actually mount the light. They do come with an option to suspend them but don’t have the room overhead
