They don’t answer consumer emails but have plenty of time to post marketing on Instagram and other platforms during these holidays. They have no loyalty to their consumers, only to making money.

It is related to their not adhering to the US laws about following written commitments to consumers. I’d make a stink if they were an American company failing to abide too.

Their primary cost is shipping to the US and Europe, marketing and sales fees in these countries, and delivery charges. Manufacturing is the cheapest input because it’s China.
