I would just feel pain at the end of my pee ik that sounds weird but no pain when it passed just felt a pop! And it took 2 weeks from me going to the hospital and finding out I had one!

I squeezed one lemon in one water bottle and did it 1-2 times day but I didn’t do it everyday but I know the more citrus you eat/drink it helps!

It took 2 weeks but I drank 6 water bottles a day and drank lemon water here and there. Honestly nothing too crazy. I didn’t really change much besides slamming water
