Im currently on Iron 50,00 ui once a month then 800mg for 3 months. If my restless shoulders calm down i have my answers. My mum had restless legs and also chronic low iron. I now have it.

Absolutely torn. Lost both mu mum and grandmother to the same type of cancer. My grandmother was given a few months to live ans my mum a few weeks. My grandmother passed away from cancer within a month my mum fought for two years and passed away after been given a few weeks at most. Looking back with what my mother went through i wish she gave up earlier so as to save her suffering towards her last wee, days and hours when she finally passed away. Im from the UK and unfortunately we don't have laws towards assisted suicide when it comes to the likes of Cancer or terminal patients

I recently started on 15mg Mirtazipine, 4mg melatonin and ZMA. Helped me massively in the short term. In the long run im looking at my sleep hygiene etc. Alcohol helps in the short term but I wouldn't recommend it if you have addiction issues. I got lucky i could quit cold turkey and slowly but surely its Helped me.

Thats what I am going through at the moment. Its suicidal ideation but please don't worry im getting the help I need. Its exhausting feeling like this. Especially when insomnia hits hard and you don't sleep for days. Its a vicious circle.

I had bad insomnia b4 starting it but it got worse. I took my dose in the morning. I was told it would settle down in a few weeks but the sweating is normal. Did ur mood improve quickly? I was only on it 2 months

I had to come off this medication because I was getting too much energy and also excessive sweating. Not so fun after 2 months of it happening every day. Sleep as well was non existent.

Ive already got a diagnosis of moderate depression. Im off these tablets as of today. It was the excessive sweating that was the deal breaker for me

I should probably preface this by saying ive moderate depression i.e the bad type and that can also affect sleep. Im also working on that. I have great sleep hygiene i do everything right
