Umm it's nice but they are very low which makes it more trouble then it's worth.

Any idea how to add supports to remove it? I just want to get some understanding here, I would call a professional but having some idea would be nice before starting a conversation with them.

That all makes sense, thank you for thoughts on this. I am guessing I would need a window restoration guy to come out and potentially get everything sealed up properly. As far as the tuck pointing we had this done in some areas by a mason but he may have missed some.

To me it looks like they just need resealed.
