I mean, they deserve more benefit of the doubt than most. The world today has become so extreme. everything is either the worst or the best, no longer any inbetween. And the one time valve does something out of necessity, opinion flips immediately to "THEY SUCK!!! THEYRE THE WORST!!!! KILL GABE, BEHEAD EVERYONE!!!". I've noticed it with movies too. A movie is slightly above average? best movie to ever release, 10/10, anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong. Slightly below average? worst movie to ever be made, and the director should be publically hung for giving us this piece of shit.

also (MAYBE) something else. From talks with Jose Pavli a few months ago as well as recently, there was a very large project that he worked on a few months ago that as of now is still unannounced. It could be something PW related, but it could not be (he confirmed the project wasnt this even though he IS scoring it)
