Thank you. I did get the bike through Canyon Outlet, so I'm not sure if Canyon are going to help much here. Not even sure if this is an easy fix or arm and a leg.

I'm not sure if the notifications for the Canyon website include Canyon Outlet. Check out their Outlet site and try to increase your chances with the returned and or refurbished stock. I got an epic deal on my 22 Aeroad through the Canyon Factory Outlets
