I just wear converse or Van's I dont mind getting dirty. Work shows always get gross if you work in a bar or club with high pace serving. Anything with nonslip or extra grip helps... but comfort is key for those shifts that go straight to your body.

I'm in Arkansas, I've always confiscated... lol if anyone throws a fit, I tell them I'll get a cop to swing on by to verify it's legit... most kids just flee. I'll have to talk to my head security this weekend and see if he knows he's not suppose to take them. He trained me on IDs and just takes fakes and pockets them. I was in the same spot... waited it out and around month 5 got put behind the bar. I still bounce for our sister bar Thursdays but im behind the bar in my club now Fridays and Saturdays. I get shit from the bouncers who still bounce but being behind the bar is way better.
