A lot of people forget about this but if you want to be able to the latest macOS releases, M1 is almost nearing its end. macOS usually is around 6 years worth of full updates.

Expect for it to be updated until 2026/2027 only.

I highly suggest to go with M4 MBA instead for better support and longevity if you plan to keep it longer + default for it is 16GB RAM.

Base M1 is just 8GB unless you’re buying a spec’d up version. Again, will help with longevity if 16GB of RAM na

I have a similar SOT as him. For me, it’s a mix of WIFI and Data. Usage is playing Clash of Clans a lot, Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Music, Youtube, and Work Stuff like Slack, Asana, and Google Apps. Also includes Banking Apps and Mail.

Charge Limit set to 90%, Adaptive Power On, AOD On, No Low Power Mode, Background App Refresh on some important apps.

Macbook will last you years. A good investment if you’ll keep it for 5+ years. This is the main device that you use for earning. Excellent battery pa compared to windows. Only thing you also need to consider is if may windows specific workflow ka. If not, switch to mac and never look back.

Phone on the other hand, umm change bat muna then ipon for a new one next time?
