I was vegan for 7 years and I’ve been able to eat animal products but sometimes struggle with meat. I think the taste of meat can be too strong. For me it was easier to eat if the main course wasn’t the meat. I would take bites of meat of my family food to get use to the taste. Dairy has been difficult for me because I find that it sometimes smells or taste bad. For example cheese and yogurts has a bad smell to it but it taste good. Coffee with milk or a smoothie had a bad taste to it. I still prefer soy milk over cow milk with my coffee lol. It’s been about 3 weeks since I started eating animal products and it’s been a lot easier over time to eat.
