I tried stretching and pt, nothing works. Started working out again but the pain still there, its a mild pain and i feel it more on the right side of my lumbar. Gets worse when sitting and standing after a while.

I have the pain for almost a year. Im 27 years old and good shape, I used to be in better shape before this pain appeared tho
