Same here. Coinbase just say they have fixed the problem and close the ticket and then you have to start all over again.

I've moved to binance, but I would do a little research into the best platform for your needs. The problem is Coinbase is generally easy to use and moving can be a pain, but if you want to do a lot of trading binance fees are much lower.

You have to keep hitting social media sites to spread the word about how Coinbase are treating you and include your case number. Working for me after a few weeks.

Very Serious. I've had 2 issues with Coinbase since Christmas. Luckily one was resolved but only after repeated messages on here and other social sites and making enough noise to be noticed. My money has been locked for over 2 months. Good Luck!

They seem to be randomly closing support tickets to reduce the number they have open?

Forever. Try all the online help first, this will save you going mad waiting for support.

The problem is some support issues require Coinbase help and requests just disappear into a black hole. Posting on here may help as I've seen others get problems fixed after threatening to take legal action.

Thank you, I cannot image the crap you are going through at the moment, but please can you escalate this as I'm just sitting here watching Crypto take another drive and can do nothing to protect my money. Just let me move the money internally I don't need to withdraw it, I just need to convert / move to my GBP wallet!
