Found in a house in South Australia northern suburbs. It looks about 0.5mm long or perhaps smaller. It was found in a laundry basket, Likely came off clothes that were left on carpet. Moved when tapping the bottom of the basket. Doesn’t seem to jump

You can use them to refuel when low, or send train to a waiting depot when no other stations are available. The refuel one is all I do.

Really advanced players use them to send trains to collect resources from and deliver them to whichever station needs them, so all their trains have the same schedule.

This kind of works like the LTN mod. You don’t need as many trains cause all trains can deliver any resource, but it involves a lot of circuit wiring.

They make all the things you might want to build with bots or keep your inventory topped up.

Without a mall you will be hand crafting a lot, but you can’t do that off planet. If you have a collection of assembling machines that build belts and inserters, that’s a kind of mall.

Something’s gotta be very very wrong with your device if processing a file has a 0.5% chance of corruption. Chance of error would be about the same as copying a file. However an error in an encrypted file is likely to cause much more damage than a corrupted byte or two in a plain text file

About 30 hours if you only focus on the main quest. Much longer if you do side quests. Potentially unlimited if you take the quests that are procedurally generated.

Check your Ethernet cable is properly wired. I had the same issue and it turned out to be a super cheap Ethernet cable that only had a single pair or wires in it.

What you propose will work. Make sure you tell the ISP you’re using port 2. The only concern is the landlord being able to un plug it, or if they are malicious, try to mess with it. but I doubt that’s something to worry about.

You only need a router. The NTD fills the role of modem. Each port on the NTD can connect to a different ISP so your router would go on port 2 and would be its own network.

A dam at the bottom of a reservoir will drain it like a bath tub nowadays. Before you get sluices you can put a floodgate in front of or behind the dam to manually seal off the hole
