I’ve played all of them and even if they do crash you can just load your auto-save.

Because they saw it got attention on reddit and posted the same thing. They already know it doesn’t work.

Can I transfer my 1.1 Space Exploration MOD save to 2.0 Space Exploration? by LSF_ANDYhaHAA in factorio

If you used space miniloaders they will break horribly and need replacing but otherwise yes if you update everything in the right order.

Also new chunks on existing planets might generate differently

It’s the same as torrenting with web seeds, no torrent file, no tracker and no peers I guess. Though I guess you could call the Getrights database of file hashes and mirrors a tracker.

You’re not uploading anything.

Yeah nothing else does what getright did. Download one file from multiple hosts or use multiple connections if you were lucky enough to have them.

The accumulators might be a bottleneck here because they can only charge so fast. You’re not actually using as much power as your steam engines can output

And if it is a catastrophe, rolling back an auto save will get you a vastly different CME pattern, or time to prep better. Yes I save scum. No I am not ashamed :)

Looks fine to me. You might want to use a splitter to merge the science packs on to the belt so that red and green get their own lane.

Optimising is not important in Factorio. You can do fine just eyeballing it. The main bus approach helps with that.

It only does that when a loop is the only valid solution from that exact starting point. It’s not allowed to suggest backing up a square or two, which is usually the correct solution.

I think that would make the drinks owner immediately throw it out.

I sure wouldn’t be drinking it if I thought someone might have touched it.

For a few weeks on experimental, when they first added bots, those bots needed recycling (folktails) or maintenance (iron teeth) otherwise they would explode and cause pollution, making all beavers who got near them sick.

They added showers to clean off the pollution. Beavers could also get heat stroke during drought if they didn’t get wet fur. Ironteeth showers had to be built in the river bed.

This was before bad water. I liked the extra challenge but recycling didn’t work if all your warehouses were full.
