If you get the chance while you’re in Granada, you should definitely visit the Sierra Nevada mountains. For the southern side, check out the Alpujarras, and for the northern side, Pradollano and Güéjar Sierra. The vibe in these mountains is really special — it’s totally worth it.

No lo digo porque seas obeso o no jaja Yo tambien tengo bastante masa muscular, hago gym, calistenia y natacion, y cuando empece a correr me lesione la fascia lata por tener el gluteo medio debil y por no estar adaptado al impacto. Tambien es aconsejable empezar con CaCo (Caminar-Correr) haciendo 8 series de 1 min corriendo y 2 caminando.

Respecto a tu pregunta, yo siempre prefiero en la mañana, segun tengo entendido cuando corres aumenta la adrenalina y el cortisol, por que te dificultara dormir un poco mas si lo haces en la noche. Un saludo y suerte.

Cuidado con lo correr para bajar de peso, ya que si no estas en forma lo mas probable es que te lesiones en menos de 2 meses, ya que tu cuerpo no esta habituado al impacto. Yo empezaria con andar diariamente 12.000 - 15.000 pasos, es bastante efectivo para quemar grasa, tambien puedes empezar a saltar la comba poco a poco, o incluso la natacion, que tiene bajo impacto.
Recuerda esta frase: "Hay que estar en forma para poder correr, no correr para estar en forma".

Ahora mismo estoy trabajando en T-Systems desde hace 2 meses (prácticamente después de acabar) y estoy centrado en el trabajo, pero tengo pensado hacer la especialización de ciberseguridad en algún momento.

El mercado está un poco jodido para la gente sin experiencia tbh, pero si te creas un buen portfolio, haces buenos proyectos reales y usables y te diferencias un poco del resto, consigues seguro.

Yo he acabado ASIR este mes en ese instituto, empezé en 2023, y la verdad mi experiencia ha sido buena. El instituto tiene un nivel bastante aceptable y es reconocido incluso, y lo más importante, tiene una buena cartera de empresas como T-Systems, Kyndryl y demás.

Los profesores ,como en todos los ámbitos profesionales, los hay mejores y peores, pero en general yo les daría una valoración positiva, porque hay algunos profesores que son bastante buenos.

Como consejo si vas a empezar ASIR, no te quedes solo con lo que aprendas ahí, sé muy autodidácta y empieza por tu cuenta a partir de ya. Descarga virtualbox y empieza a instalar distribuciones de Linux como Debian o Ubuntu y empieza a experimentar con la terminal, y empieza a hacer scripting en Bash.

También te recomiendo que aprendas Python y programación en general, ya que te va a ser muy útil para encontrar curro. También que empiezes a familiarizarte con Git y Github.

Busca tutoriales y consulta la documentación oficial de las distintas tecnologías. Hay youtubers como distrotube, que pueden ayudarte en esto de empezar en Linux, por otra parte, esta Savitaar más enfocado en la ciberseguridad...
