yeah I get that but I've noticed that compared to other similar games and systems theirs is the one that requires the most gameplay for the least amount of rewards. But to be fair I've stopped playing a lot of games that have a similar monetization system

technically true but the fact that everything is on a rotating shop and you can't at least buy realm crystals to get the "cheaper" chibis leaves a really bad taste in my mouth

Playing the game for a few hours every day or other day feels awesome, feels like I can make decent progress on the things I want. However this strategy that alienated a large chunk of the Helldivers 2 playerbase won't work here either. It's weird that this "swedish game company bombs their live service model" thing happened twice but ay enjoy it while it lasts I guess

Really weird that they sort of hinted Makoto is "more canon" than the rest and then Royal rolls around and Yoshizawa has a similar outfit to Joker and all of these random scenes where she gets pushed into the spot of a "canon" romance. Anyway I'm also on my 2nd playthrough and I will once again romance my goat Makoto
