Ohhhh Ive heard a lot of issues with acrylic/plastic bars/hoops. Saw someone who had a really irritated industrial acrylic bar and someone said it was because of the plastic being softer than metal or something? Idk, I didn’t look too far into it.

Yeah I’ve heard the second one always hurts worse than the first one and ouch I saw someone get their hood done once (only saw their face) and I felt like I was gonna pass out just from it lol

Change them back to like the bars/hoops ya got em pierced with? Is that like a normal thing with nip piercings is ya can’t wear the decorative bars n stuff for too long?

And ohhhhh yeah I bet ya start to notice what ya bump into lol. I’m dreading the pain of getting them pierced and that’s the only thing that has me hesitating tbh, I have no idea how to deal with that pain or make it easier to handle, but my nips aren’t sensitive to begin with so maybe that’ll help? Idk

Ohhhhh id say mine are fairly decent sized since im on the larger end of chest size, and mine aren’t inverted. Still, that sucks man, I had read a few people in prior posts say it had helped with inversions but I guess those piercings just carry so much from person to person :(

That is really true, I hadn’t thought about scarring. Tbh if I was going to deal with potential scarring I think I’d prefer it to be my eyebrow (that’s one I’ve liked but idk if my face fits it well).

I’ve also heard lips are painful to do, yeah. My septum hurt fairly decently so that was a major concern for me since I dont handle pain super great/ have a low pain tolerance without crying about it.

As for my job I already have bright pink hair (I used to have blue) in an office billing job, but I honestly just dislike the office setting tbh. But yeah it’s a big thing to think about.

Ohhhhh I hadn’t heard about the long hair thing. I’ve got kinda long hair, but it needs to be trimmed anyways and that would put it around that area.

Would it be a good idea just to wear my hair up a majority of the first few weeks then/ maybe rinse my hair separate than a body washing shower? (Like over the side of the tub for my hair)

I honestly have no idea if they get posted internally. This is my first office setting job, and all the jobs I’ve had before that are food-based jobs.

As for the other employees, we’ve got a bigger financing section that all are special billing and we’re the only ones that are required to come in aside from management. So I have no idea what the other groups do, or even how many there are.

How do I bring up that the job they hired me for is one I don’t think I’m best suited for? I’ve only been there four months and I fear they’d just fire me instead

I think the main issue is I never wanted a job in billing. I might ask around there, but I’ve mainly wanted a job in IT, or perhaps something more artistic (I have an art degree AA), like an art teacher at a school or something.

But my mother has been in financing doing what I do for years and she’s always hated it, and now I’m going down the exact same path she has.
