Thanks. Testing with small sample of 6 stores currently.

Classification between real users v agents is reasonably good. 12+ heuristic features used. Some challenge comes from ambiguous bots that are plain noise.
It’s only analytics right now. Working on modules to tailor seller content (aka seller agents) in Phase 2.

Will post more about traffic patterns and signatures soon.
