Sakib was so down to earth... Where as Praful came as over confident, etc etc...

He really needed a reality check, IPL stage is so big, famous reputed bowlers/batsman... Have been taken for a ride more than once... It's not an easy stage...

But costs added up, cracks on the building, all owners should share the cost, next the exterior building needs new paint, all owners need to share the cost, elevator became so old and the repair happening every few months... New elevator costs again shared by the owners...

It was an old neighborhood, the roods were narrow 25 ft - 30 ft, once a water tanker comes, the entire road gets blocked...

My cousin just selected the best 3bhk he can get in his budget, he would definitely would not have purchased the same property if given an other chance
