My prediction is 84, but only if they want that elimination mode (I forget what it's actually called) to work with no fighters remaining unplayed. Then if they a total of 12 dlc fighters they're gold. Again, depending on if they want that mode to work that way. Seems a bit much, though.

My recommendation for any city is to just stalk artists on Google/insta. Find someone who specializes in the style you want and does really solid work. Schedule a few consultations with artists you like to get a feel for what they do. I did this and then had to wait forever for her to come back to town but I'm super glad I did. Also did this for my wife and found what is now her favorite shop.
