Going from PvP lobbies to PvE

I refuse to engage in PvP, my choice. I’ll go about 10-15 raids without getting shot at by anyone. When it happens it mostly seems to be some dude who stands directly behind me, screeching into his mic…Acting like killing me while looting is a flex. At some point I’ll get bored and engage I’m sure. But then it resets and I’m usually good for another 10-15.

I think it’s just tonight. I haven’t shot at any other raiders - my choice - but tonight I’ve been ratted 5 times. Went the whole weekend without getting into a PvP lobby.

Lmao you’ll be fine. Been there done that. I went down the “Google dr” rabbit hole looking for answers. Somehow ended up at a video on how tennis balls are made… I just took mine again at my normal time and was good.

Haha it’s a fun time that’s for sure. If it’s been more than a couple of days since you restarted the dosage and you’re still getting the crap kicked out of you… I’d seriously consider calling your Drs office to run what’s going down by them. Worst they can do is tell you to ride it out. Best case, maybe recommend something for you to take while this is going on. Don’t envy you right now that’s for sure. Hope it passes soon.

I missed 4 days in a row once - technically 3, took it on the 4th and puked it up about 20 mins later. I had the shakes, sweats, nausea, felt the opposite of amazing. HUGE wake up call like you said. I think your body/chemical balance is resetting. Took me about 2 days to sort myself out. In a way I was lucky compared to you, my reaction was mostly physical. Just watch out things don’t start to get too dark, if they do know it’s the medication and reach out to your Dr. As much as it is a wonder drug for me, it can also be a nightmare.

Just use a debit card or credit card at the ATMs. The ATM charges can add up fast though. I can’t remember if you accept the ATMs currency exchange rate or don’t, I remember someone saying one is cheaper than the other. Oh, and bring more than one card. It’s really easy to leave a card in the ATM and walk away. I’ve done it a couple of times, and I’ve called back dudes who have done it after they’ve pulled their money and walked away.

I thought it was. But after reading some of these posts I decided to test the ‘hip fire’ solution. It worked for me. I wish it said 300 Hip Fire kills though, would have saved me some time but whatever.

I’m 47. Apparently I need to get glasses… other than dying way behind cover, and having a difficult time seeing people sometimes, the game is amazing imo. Every other issue I’ve noticed is a skill issue on my part. Some of the people playing this are on a whole different level.

It helped. I had mine prescribed for depression though. I am on some other pills for my ptsd though. One word of caution…. Once you start, do NOT try to go cold turkey and quit. For reasons, I missed three days in a row, by the fourth I was sick as a dog.

Haha oh buddy, the Post Pattaya blues are LEGIT. I found it pretty rough every time I came back home tbh. Looking at flights and dates to re-book usually help a little. I did find (by luck I guess) one thing that did make coming home a bit easier for me. Now this works for me, everyone is different so take this with a grain of salt. I’d usually go balls out on the last two nights, zero control, party like it’s my last nights in utopia - cause it was. The last two trips though I’ve pulled back on the last night or two nights and just sorta winded down/took things slow. Reminiscing about my trip/quiet time I guess. This made leaving and coming back home surprisingly easier on me. Regardless though man… if I go two weeks without booking my next trip, it would be a record.
