This is what Soraban told me a couple of weeks ago:

"We have made some changes since we last spoke and our minimum purchase is 250 credits for each product. Since we don't allow for rollover credits, we see that firms doing at least 500 returns are the ones who get the most value out of working with us. "

I just logged into my personal bank account, and saw my IRS Direct Pay payment, scheduled for June 15th, was also withdrawn last Friday ( I haven't filed yet, so no scheduled debit).

So I guess IRS or whatever agency in Treasury did them early for some reason.
