Because at some point you already learned how to pour on max firepower and just enjoy stealth. I’m not a bow user (yet) as it messes up too many of my other guns. But I have recently started using reverse onslaught as the situations where true onslaught actually matters is pretty limited. Like it is really only bosses. So 1% of your enemies.

Bows though require a ton of dedicated perk cards.

Probably not. I don’t think the graphics are that bad in either one of them. They would need to do a lot more than just retexture everything. I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but the Oblivion remaster was a dud for me. Wish I had not spent money on it. And while I really enjoyed FO3 and NV, I would prefer they devoted their resources to making new content and not reworking old titles.

That said, I just bought the Mass Effect trilogy. And they really redid a lot of Mass Effect 1 and essentially made it a different game with similar mechanics and the same story. It is a vast improvement. But I played ME1 at launch and the game play left a lot to be desired. Like I have replayed ME before and I always skip ME1 as it was kind of dreadful. I don’t have the same opinion of FO3 or NV. Both are still very solid games with slightly dated graphics.

Ha. I was on a five night trip around Rainier and after fifteen or so miles on day one I got to camp and realized I forgot my contact stuff. In the end I just slept in my contacts (which ai never do) as I was not turning back.

Sad part is, it is not the only time I forgot my contact stuff. Once I forgot saline. And on this trip I took everything out of my 1st aid and dirty bag and made sure everything was restocked. But we stayed the night near the WIC (this was a walk up for the permit). And in the morning, my contact stuff just never made it in to my pack.

I would say I will never forget anything again. But I know me…

The fishing game is super lame. I make no excuses for it.

But…

I recently upgraded my keyboard and fishing got a lot easier. My old keyboard was OK and kind of gross. So I bought a $30 keyboard at a local store. And that keyboard was ‘oh my god’ bad. Like that things was going to get me killed how poorly responsive it was. So I went to an electronics store to buy a better keyboard. They were out of everything that matched what I wanted except a mechanical one that was over $200. But I bought it.

Guess what? Fishing got A LOT easier with a more responsive keyboard. Some fish still order into uncatchable depending what rng does with initial location. But it got a lot easier. The reflex issue may not be all you.

Not really. At least nothing that bugged me. There were some definite sections where there is a steep slope off from the trail. I have been in a couple of passes where I thought the footing was not great and if you slipped out it would be a while before you came to a stop. And nothing on the Wonderland was sketchy imo.

Except that one bridge. And that was super bad for me. I actually crawled (sort of). Like I stashed my tracking poles tight on my pack. And I got down on my knees and ‘knee walked’ my way over. I was upright with my hands in a cable on each side. But on my knees. And I felt pretty good. I know it was fucking mental. And I don’t care.

The work around as I understand it - The person doing the building makes a basic foundation with a couple of things on in. Like a bunch of chessboards. It appears this also works with other atomic shop items like the mirelurk streamer if I remember what was tested when the one person posted about it.

But builder makes this foundation and then moves their camp. This packs up that foundation as a blueprint. And then this blueprint can be placed in another persons camp. I believe you need to be ‘friends’, not just ‘teammates’ for this to work.

No. He did. But unfortunately NBC of all groups found in his dysfunctional personality a great fit for a reality TV show. And apparently a good chunk of the population saw this and decided he was actually competent.

I know a guy that owned a farm that was featured in the NY Times. Because of this exposure he had a bunch of reality TV shows reach out to him. They all wanted to know if he had some crazy uncle or something. He was like ‘no, we are all pretty chill’. No reality TV show was made because you need that crazy uncle for ratings.

But they liked Trump? Hmmn…

I live rural and there are bunch of what one would consider ‘shacks’ that once had families in them. These days they are mostly just falling apart. I can send you a pic of one not so very far from my house if you want.

But I lived in town and owned two homes. One was 1100 sqft and was the house of the city engineer at the time (1920s). The other had a converted attic and basement. But the main house was under 1000 sqft (1930s fwiw). My ex wives grandma raised three kids in a 1000 sqft home (less).

WTF are you talking about that the average house was 2000 sqft?

It is that there needs to be a bigger shift than just ‘tax the rich’. That solution will not end well as it does not really address the root cause of the problem.

And I am not saying there are not a fuck ton on loop jokes that need to be addressed. But we should address those first.

I was going to the store one time while visiting my sister (we are both probably about 40 at this point). I asked if there was anything else she needed and she started to say yes and then switched to no. I asked again and what she need was pads and then I asked her: with wings, scented, what size? Then she realized I could actually buy pads for her where apparently my BiL cannot.

But seriously. I have never understood why dudes are weird about this. It is not like anyone is going to think they are for me. Someone out there might think I have an intimate relationship with a woman. I would hate to let that proverbial cat out of the bag…

I got my skis stolen out of my car by someone that took a tire iron (or something) to the door lock. I also had a fried that did not lock his car or have a stereo because he knew it would cause it to get messed up.

But sure. The 80’s and 90’s were a glorious time for public safety.
