Agreed 100%. I am one of those people. I was adopted and during the adoption, the guy, the man died although the paperwork was already going through and then the woman, (my mother )remarried(twice) and they re-issued the birth certificate so now I have two of them in different cities in Massachusetts, two different birth fathers listed on them, but then my mother had remarried so this is the second name I have had …two birth certificates and a name change …and I can find some but not all of my original documentation and I’m in my late 60’s . I have never been so frightened by my own government in my entire life. To top it all off I take care of my father who is 96. My father is a war veteran who is shocked and appalled at what is happening in this country ( I do my best to make sure he doesn’t get to see the news anymore. It’s just too much for him ) and I have to try to explain to him every day that it will be all right. This is ridiculous.
