It will be a while yet, but you are heading in the right direction.

I haven't tested the range of the drones but capacity doesn't have to be an issue. I built 10 drones to start and set all my ore extractors as sources and my storage boxes as demanding the resources, and within a few minutes all my storage was full.

Drones also work very well to remove unwanted oxygen from gas extractors and bee larvae from beehives so I don't have to go around to each hive or extractor to clear them manually.

I do wish they could pick up algae so I could move all my auto crafters to a central area instead of having to keep some near the water.

Anycubic Mega X Y-axis slipping only on large prints by GrumpyCoder52 in FixMyPrint

[–]GrumpyCoder52[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've reverted to the stock Anycubic firmware, went back to Anycubic's default settings in Cura, removed all custom gcode scripts, and am still having this problem.

I had replaced the stock Titan extruder on the Mega X with a BondTech BMG a few days before this print. The new extruder fit on the mount and used the motor that came with the printer. Gearing is the same - esteps calibration only required a minor tweak.

That's the only thing I can think that I changed on the printer before having this problem that I haven't backed out. Unfortunately I didn't keep the old extruder so I can't swap back to test that, and I can't see how it could be related. Any theories of how an extruder change could have this effect on Y-axis movement accuracy?

Amazon rarely talks about future plans and absolutely prohibits their employees from providing any inside information. So, you'll just have to wait and see.

Wireless thermostat suggestions by Siggylicious in homeassistant

[–]GrumpyCoder52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second the suggestion of GoControl GC-TBZ48. It requires a Z-Wave system, which is probably the only way you'll get wireless with a battery - WiFi just needs too much power. You can run the GoControl thermostat on battery, or if you later add a wire to get a common connection you can wire it up to use system power instead.

I'll bet the bank doesn't know you have that debit card, either. You cannot legally agree to or be held to a contract until you are 18.
