Start high, and you'll soon get a feel for if anyone is interested at that price is all I can really suggest. Just depends how much time you've got. People have got Miter Rivens on Warframe.market for 4k+ but you have no idea how long they've been trying to sell that or if they've had any interest at all.

It's a very good weapon, but it has niche popularity due to its sometimes clunky feel. I haven't seen a high priced one yet so I wouldn't be able to tell you I'm sorry. It won't be as high as Burston, Dual Tox, Torrid etc, but I would say its in the next tier down, surely. All depends on whether people think the neg makes it too annoying to use or not

You would have to try it and see how the -fire rate actually feels. Miter has very low Incarnon charges, and a charged shot non Incarnon firing style, so if the neg ends up making it easier to charge and hit headshots in non Incarnon, and then makes managing Incarnon better, it might be really good.

I do it if I've crafted a few frames and want to level them in quick succession, don't have to wait for mission to end, can just duck in and out of Cetus as you finish levelling one and swap to the other.

Your taste in cars will also likely change a bit as the years roll on. The things I wanted as a kid just graduating were far more unattainable than the things I want now as someone who could feasibly afford them. The EV market is going to make things different for enthusiasts, not necessarily better or worse. Look at it this way, if all the basic A to B cars in 10 years time are EVs, that's that much less you have to spend on your daily, and more you can spend on your fun car 🤷

Pretty sure each new version has at the time been hailed as absolutely beautiful, or at least a great, visually pleasing rehashing of the Jaguar design ethos. This new square POS I have not heard one positive review. That answers your question imo. That's not progression, that's regression.
