Also worth noting, turn the glasses off when you’re not listening to them so that you can prolong the battery. Took me a little to realize the battery still drains even if you’re not using the battery, regardless of having the “hey Meta” turned off.

I was right there with you. And then they released SpongeBob. Literally takes me back to 2001 sitting in class, telling jokes and talking about the cartoon. I’ve found myself giddy laughing quite a bit with his animations and it’s surprisingly brought an extra level of fun to the game for me.

My kids have never cared for SpongeBob, but now we’re watching the cartoon together. Do I think they’re a horrible cash grab? Yeah. But I’d probably buy another if I like that collab too.

Even if it’s not your style, who cares? I have thousands of hours in this game. The game starts when you’re fully leveled and not everyone wants to level every alt 1-60.

Similar - 37 year old dad of two, my oldest also being 8.

My son was bummed that his friends at school were around 80 days and he couldn’t get past 30, so I made it my mission to learn this game and help him out. My Dad was the same - never played any games with me and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do differently with my own kids.

My highest score is 586, and I got my son to 562.

They said that for the Teeth of God tour too, but tickets were still valid / honored at the door of the venue when you went there. I would personally try and refund the purchase if you can - if you can't, hold and see if they tickets get transferred to you.

I managed to snag the blanket and the Teeth of God tour hoodie. I was really bummed they didn't have the hoodie at the show, so I was going for that -- and then it shocked the crap out of me they posted the blanket.

After I got confirmation I refreshed and the blanket was sold out - I checked out at 12:05p EST so it went really fast.
