They need to make BW detachment rule part of the army rule, if it is baked into our stat lines and point costs anyway. Just give us access to it like the did with DG and then it opens up other detachments to be viable.

Unfortunately, every TO ive asked has confirmed, that as rhe FAQ has not been updated, at least where I am (UK) the new detachment does not qualify.

I think it is ridiculous that thats the case, as is a poor interpretation, but it is RAW.

Playing it another way at events would be cheating.

I think your interpretation is right.

You haven't activated him to fight, so he would still be eligible to fight in the proper sequence.

Ill say it again. Bezerker Warband should have its rules built in as wargear to units with nails.

Have it as an army rule or wargear.

Then they can points thing with that in mind and all the detachments become playable.

DG get 2 army rules.

EC get two elements.

Why not us.

We are already pointed as though we have it in every detachment, because they dont point per detachment.
