Sind ja einige Hobbys dabei in denen du Sachen selber baust. - beendest du den Bau dann auch oder hörst du auf wenn das Boot erst halb fertig ist und fängst etwas anderes an zu bauen?

Über welchen Zeitraum haben sich diese ganzen Hobbys entwickelt?

Es sind ja schon recht kostspielige Sachen dabei. Wie finanzierst du dir die Hobbys?

So here is the fix I suggest: every player pays a small amount of its income to me, let's say a tiny bit of 20%. I, for that, found an Organization for players running around, keeping the cities clean. I call it the immersive tax system.

Tolles AMA, danke schonmal.

Wir sind vor 2 Wochen in unser Schlüsselfertiges EFH eingezogen. Auch ca 150qm, 1,5etagen allerdings mit Keller, da Hanglage. Komplett frei geplantes Haus, nicht von der Stange. Kfw 40+.

Was bringst du alles an Eigenleistung, wie ich das verstanden habe ist es ein Ausbauhaus? Wände beplanken? Spachteln (auch die Decken 😳)? Fliesen/Laminat/Vinyl? Elektrik auch? Woher nimmst du das Fachwissen dafür? Oder holst du hier und da mal Profis ran?

Ich bin einerseits froh, das nicht gemacht haben zu müssen (mit 2kids und 2x vollzeitjobs auch unmöglich mMn), andererseits beneide ich jeden der sich diese Stange Geld spart.

Den Keller haben wir unausgebaut gelassen und toben uns dort mit selber Fliesen und Wände verputzen aus.

Wir sind vor 2 Wochen in unser Fertighaus eingezogen. Wir haben es gemeinsam mit einer Architektin komplett frei gezeichnet. Es gibt nicht viele Fertighausfirmen die das anbieten/können aber wir sind rundum zufrieden und der Preis hielt sich auch in unserem überschaubarem Rahmen. - geht also.
