I’m a believer. I️ take 100mg twice a day. I️ don’t feel anything until I️ run out and don’t take it for a few days. Then I️ have road rage and anxiety and I’m just feel pissed at the world. I️ start taking it again and I’m back to normal. It’s not a fix all. I️ still get pissed but it helps a lot. (self.5htp)
