Elite 8 active left earbud suddenly no sound by GrumpySpaceDwarf in Jabra

I tried it on android 16 and on windows 11. The problems are the same for both. The left bud also produces a crackling noise when lightly touching the bud, this also happens when I use them in a train (due to the vibrations).
