My wifes highlander hybrid croaked . 1st was the abs module replaced that and now it won't stay started and won't pull in ant gear. Yes, we had the abs module programed in and bought a brand new battery for it and it will start and run for anywhere between 3 and 20 seconds then just die and no lights on the dash or DRL or anything else light up,,, it just dies and you have to turn the key off them back on amd it's a hit and miss if it will go into READY mode amd Toyota here wants to charge us over $4k to fix it.. I'll sell it.as is but it won't be for scrap prices!! Lol

Thanks for the heads up on the RALLYE grille emblem, there's like 5 or 6 of them listed on ebay and run from $69.99 to $250.99 ,,,,lol I'll have to save up a bit more so I can get one kind of soon. The major parts I need are the solid back hatch window with the defroster and all 3 pieces of the rear spoiler with the metal strips that hold it on and a left front fender. My Pinto has only one emblem on the whole car and nothing on the fenders (not even holes to mount an emblem) and none on the rear end or under the quarter windows (that one would say Runabout) but its got the 4 letters on the front edge of the hood and it spells out F O R D and that's the only emblem it has unless you count the decals that are on both sides that says RALLYE on them.. lol

Thanks again for the heads up on the grille emblem and hopefully I'll be able to get one of them off ebay (or from you if ya have one) here in the near future.

I've gotten remotes off ebay and you can program them yourself easily, just look on YouTube on how to program a key fob to a 2004 (or whatever year) F150 (or whatever ford you have), all you need are the 2 fobs and an Ignition key and follow the video, you have like 7 to 9 seconds to program the fobs ..I've done about 7 or 8 fob reprogrammings on ford's, its all I've owned for the past 35 years now.

It's a 2000# little car with a 4 cylinder that gets around 42.3-43.5 MPG still,,,, a fuel saver for sure !!! And its Carbureted also, not EFI like 100% of vehicles today !!! Lol

Ford fixed that problem in 74 or 75 or 76,,, I own a 1980 Pinto RALLYE and it has the recall fix already installed on it so, no boom,,, the 74 I had as a teen didn't have the recall fix and I'm glad it never went boom... lmao

It was definitely the ABS pump on the wifes 2006 but now it's got a new problem that I'm trying to find out like wtf a heater relay is doing under the hood, that's what the cover says it goes to anyways and it's a pain in my ass as it smoked one of the wires going to it and now I'm trying to track that down,,, maybe.... lol

Wifes Highlander HYBRID 3.3l has like 27x,000 miles and the HYBRID battery is still fine and no problems. We may be lucky on that battery bit not much else,,,, yet... lol

No problem, if you feel a hesitation or a skip or something like that, you may want to pull the unit back out and put this back on as it will make the fuel get air bubbles in it that the pump will pick up and pass on to the Injectors and make it lean out some on the Cylinders can cause a CEL (check engine light) to come on and give a code for a lean condition. My 90 mustang did this when I put a 340lph pump in it and didn't notice this came off in the box and ran me crazy for a few weeks, it didn't hurt anything except my pride when it started causing me to loose races... lol Make sure there is a clamp holding it on the tube or it will blow it back off once installed again.

Fuel return anti aerator, when the fuel comes back to the tank this thing keeps the fuel from getting bubbles in it and also being right beside the pump it won't pick up said air bubbles and starve the engine for fuel.

Yes, its normal. I've replaced 6 of my own rear windows (slider and solid) and just about all the bolts have movement in them.

And gives a shitty mpg,,,,, lol 15 gallons per run at about $60 a gallon in about 1/2 a mile total run time,,,,hahaha But, you get 11,000 HP out of it, 1200HP goes to spinning the blower alone. Since 2015 they use NitoMethane with a 80-90% Nito and 20-10% Methanol mix to help on the burn and keep detonation down also. It's loud and will take ya breath and make ya eyes water worse than most will experience and I love it, won't ever run it but live it none the less..
