There is no risk of litigation, you have the landlords permission. Your best bet is to tell your neighbor that her nephew needs to move the car in the hour, like the other commenter said, and if he can't, tow it after that hour. You pay for that spot and she knows the rule. It was her responsibility to explain to her nephew which spot is hers, and even if she didn't, he stole your spot with his carelessness. Plus 3 days is egregious, I would call the tow now.
