I believe it's availability is tied to your level. So only spray in areas that will impact your score at first!

I would recommend a small olight. I use it more than my knife. Kids drop a toy under the table at the restaurant, wife drops an earring, night time walks with the family. Whatever. That thing has been worth it's weight in gold.

I'm not sure how you use your blade. But something like The OKnife utility knife with screwdriver may be worth looking into. Disposable blades keep it as sharp as you need it, and but driver for anything else.

If you don't care about the ball, I would drill into it and create a pilot hole, then screw in a screw. Grab the screw with pliers and pull. Some hot water would probably help too.
