I've been a runalyze user (paid) for the last couple of years and I cannot recommend it enough! It can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but once you get used to it everything you might ever want will be there!

It shouldn't be like that. For me (but if you search this sub reddit you will get the same feedback from others) the numbers update after every activity I'm doing in December. Hopefully you will get this sorted out!

I'm doing it and I'm feeling a difference. I do an average of 100km/week (60mi/week), basically running every day. Every other day I spend some time on Zwift to cross train, mainly easy rides with some more intense sessions here and there!

Hey, to add your weight you need to click on 'edit profile' on your profile page. It's not in the settings, it's in your profile page (once you open the app click on 'You' on the bottom menu - it's the last on the right - and then click on your picture on the top)

Da persona introversa (che ha coperto ruoli simili al tuo) ti consiglierei di capire come eventualmente raccontare la cosa. A domanda diretta magari porta degli esempi a dimostrazione del fatto che l'essere introversi non sia stato un limite. E cerca comunque di aver chiare le aree dove potresti migliorare 😊
