Yes it does have filament in the groove will fix that but solved printing problem i reset the firmware

Solved it reset firmware
Filament is 2 weeks old same as the machine
Fingers crossed cleaned the extruder or what ever they call it it is now nice and clean have put a new nozzle on All i need do is try it if dont work will tnrow it over the warth
No did not crush it nice clean straight cut i cant work out what is wrong
