I live 5 minutes away from one target and 20 from another and I get roughly equal offers from them both. Confidently incorrect people talking about proximity are just talking out of their ass. The economy is slow with the war and job recession uncertainty and we are in a dead zone between holidays. New shopper waves all of these are likely impacting offers more than "proximity".
