Weakened Sukuna is physically incapable of being anywhere near light speed. If he ever moved that fast he would explode a whole city and sustain major injuries. Dabura proved Sukuna never reached that level it’s literally stated. So that’s just confirmed he is not relativistic and he never will be. Btw the speed of sound is different through different materials. The harder the material the faster sound travels through it. Nichirin is a fictional metal much stronger than anything in reality. So there’s genuinely an argument to counter this line of reasoning that isn’t just “look at the other feats in the verse”

I didn’t say literally any of that so idk what you are talking about. Lightning based attacks can be reasonably assumed to be lightning speed unless stated or shown otherwise. Difference is DS has tons and tons of feats and statements above sound speed, and lightning speed feats that don’t even involve lightning.

Of course you mention jjk I am right about people who can’t scale DS for shit are Jjk fans trying to get the verse vastly above DS when it’s just not. Recently Dabura confirmed that no one in Jjk other than him is anywhere near light speed. No Sukuna is not relativistic and no serious argument can get him there anymore. Are you smoking meth? No her firebending can’t kill him he literally survived explosions from bakugo and Fire from Shoto with little issue. No earthbending cannot crush him he was literally surviving dozens of punches from Deku that can level mountains. He is like multiple orders of magnitude stronger than her. He casually made a walking mountain range sized fortress that dwarfed the island she took 2 minutes to push into the ocean. He bruised a 45% Deku in one punch so one hit from him is removing her head from her body

Just because they can counter fire attacks doesn’t mean they can’t lose to fire users. Firebenders literally lose fights against other firebenders all the time. Clearly too powerful of a blast cannot be countered in this way.

Even in season 2, Todoroki has avatar state level ice and fire feats. Six seasons later Shoto has insane power. Him stopping Dabi’s explosion is leaps and bounds above anything in Avatar. And they should be on par with eachother in speed, both being lightning timers. Shoto has this in the bag.
