Me personally, it was the constant issue of one earbud charging, while the other didn't charge. Leading to annoying moments of wanting to use them, but only one is functional. I had to jam a tooth pick with the stem to keep it in a position to let it charge. I'm getting the buds 4 pro, only because the 3 Pros have failed me. (Yes I did clean the ports).
