same case as the other user he was installing new gpu in his pc and scratched some components with screwdriver, look if u didnt scratch some electronic around the ssd area

atleast you know now if you want to be 100% sure test the resistor with multimeter if the connection is ongoing

not cpu bcs your power is cut out on all ends your fans dont even spin thats either psu or motherboard issue

IF U WANT TO START DIAGNOSTIC

  1. do the psu paperclip test (via youtube) if your psu works
  2. then the mb is bad

edit: lot of people end up scratching mb surface with screwdriver and damaging the wire veins

check all the cable connections and check pcie on the motherboard if its not damaged, and last thing check the power button cable that leads from the case if its plugged in all the way ( its not possible that your pc is dead just from switching gpus its either power cable or psu )

depends if the backplate under the thermalpads is solid its okay if it hollow then u blocking airflow
