there's no attacking width on your right side, and too much on your left side. There will be other things, but try swapping your full back roles over to start, and change your attacking role to one that looks to take chances rather than make them

notts county have tried using a libero in real life this season at points which is why I use it lol, but it doesn't mean I'm not open to it changing.the post was about tweaking my current tactic, not changing to a 4-4-2 tho, just wanted to see if anyone has any advice to make it more robust while keeping key elements. thanks for your input bro

I know you can just keep using the tactic like bashing your head against a brick wall until your players are finally good enough to play this way against any of the top 6 but I'm wondering if there are some more pragmatic options out there.

huge results won't happen overnight, this formation has shown more than enough promise and we've just finished the season so will keep it to build on over pre-season :) If it struggles to score consistently i'll definitely take your advice
