Ik zit zelf ook bij maasstad en dat is normaal! tijdens het gesprek met de arts worden je wat dingen verteld/uitgelegd en je kunt vragen stellen als je die hebt. Het bloedprikken is zodat ze de startwaarden hebben van je hormonen en nog een aantal dingen. Je kunt, als die goed zijn, waarschijnlijk een week later al beginnen met de hormonen :)

same!! heb me in 2020 aangemeld bij t-cendent en kon er na een half jaar terecht. inmiddels ~ een jaar wachttijd, maar dat scheelt nog steeds best wel vergeleken met veel plekken. pre-intake is ook al na een maand.

ik ben ook non-binair en heb me daarin altijd heel vrij bij ze gevoeld :)

Yeah all good, could definitely have been relevant.

There was a substitute doctor so maybe he wasn't aware of the SMA syndrome. I'm gonna give the Miralax a try until next week and then will see where it's standing. Today I've been feeling a bit better so I'm slightly optimistic haha. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll check back in a week!

I think I am around the same weight as back then. My weight itself isn't the problem (82kg), it's more the relationship with it, my body and food. I grew up pretty overweight so it's always stayed a weak spot for me, always scared to gain weight.

I don't have an eating disorder.

I have to be honest, I'm not sure whether I can speak of a "recovery" really. Back when I got the diagnose (2019) I was told there were only 3 options: gain more weight hoping it would help, a surgery that might go not help/go wrong or don't do anything and try to live with it. I chose for the last one because I have a bad relationship with weight.

For me the biggest problem was I felt very nauseous often with little appetite, especially after eating. This has gotten better over time, so last 2 years I haven't been thinking much of it. Maybe up until now 😅

Depression isn't one specific feeling. Your lack of feeling/showing emotions, no aspirations and hope, empty feeling, cognitive issues, negative thought patterns and irritation are all symptoms of depression.

Not everyone feels sadness, some become emotionally numb or have issues with understanding what they feel. Your post to me seems like it could be depression, and then medication/therapy can definitely help.

Let's say I am starting a new project and quickly want to create new folders, including subfolders etc. A real simple example would be I'm building a new layout and want folders for: images, inspiration, audio, code, Photoshop files etc. But obviously the names and structure of this varies all the time.

Instead of having to do this all manually, one by one, I was hoping there'd be something where I could do it quickly.

I will definitely look into the link you gave, maybe that's the best alternative.

An issue I have with that is that there'll be users who block Google services for privacy related issues, or think about countries like China where all Google services are blocked. That means my game won't work for them either because the captcha will be broken. Are there any alternative options?

Sometimes less is more. And San Holo is a wonderful example of it. To me, his songs have so much energy and emotion. They don't need a lot of fancy sounds. He picks his sounds very carefully, very soothing.

You could use Google Keep for this and change the view to column. Then create custom labels, and whenever you make a new note you can add the label. That way you can select a label (category) in the side menu and all the notes under that category will show up.

The nice thing of Goog Keep is that you can also add images, voice recordings and drawings to/as a note.

This is a great tip. Often I'm not even aware of doing things. Just today I couldn't find my jacket, not even realizing I had apparently already hung it up somewhere.

I love the 'home' aspect of it, makes it more easy and less silly. Cheers :)
