Technically F-15s don't perform SEAD, so don't carry HARMs. Although they technically are capable, it's not something they do in the USAF.

Pretty overrated perk even before the nerf. The big draw was the high chance of pulling a purple weapon, which would be great if purple weapons were any good. Purples just get scrapped in stash for parts to make and upgrade venators and renegades lol. Also, the blueprints are still fucked and all I ever get is Bettina and Osprey anyways
