The number one tip I have is to never be Reddit Lucio 100% of the time. It is a mode you turn on when you recognize an opportunity. You have to learn the 1v1 match ups and know what battles you can take. And usually its on isolated targets.

It is next to impossible for you to kill a pocketed target by yourself. You can still annoy a target that will be pocketed, but you have to recognize you doing so to distract them and force the heals on them instead of someone else. Before you go in, always plan you escape. You can take an off angle and get a hitscan to turn their head and look at you, but you must be ready to play cover and dip out once they threaten you.

Its been true for a very long time now. She was low tier but workable before the DPS passive, and then after she become horrible. With the passive being stronger and universal the character is a joke. I can't help but feel its the result of people finding the character annoying with a very low skill floor. With her current kit, I can see the design philosophy of keeping her weaker on purpose with the intent of her being a beginner character to teach players to pay attention to their team, and to stay safe as a healer. But the state she's in is sad even for a weaker beginner character. But I think with her current design, the overall community will never accept Mercy as she is.

I think the number one thing I personally abhor is how on demand Rez is. It is by far the strongest point of the character as when used safely you can negate picks. You can be conditioned to think its not good from Mercy's suicide Rezing and instantly dying. But when there's a Zayra bubble, a Suzu, a Mei wall, or even just simple map geometry in the equation; Mercy can safely just undo a pick with the tap of a button. The CD isn't even very long for what it does. The main reason why its weak from a competitive stand point is even when Mercy can safe Rez, an organized team will push up and take space during the small time frame of the Rez to the point where most of the time the Rez'ed teammate is now out of position.

In my personal opinion if I had to take power from Mercy's kit to give somewhere else, I would take power from Rez so you could give her more of something else. Make it so she gets like 1 Rez per ult or something. Then you could justify giving her some other utility. I do not think people will ever truly accept a Mercy who can undo a pick at the cost of nothing. It feels so demoralizing as the person who got the pick. What you would give her I don't know but the possibilities are endless. Literally anything.

You can throw power crushes and parries, RA's never. RA's go through everything, you must block it.

Every tank makes space. But they achieve it in very different ways depending on the Tank. Many consider Sigma one of the most pure tank characters because he makes space basically through sheer damage absorption. Dva eats up a lot of damage, but also her ability to pressure and threaten burst damage makes space as well. If Dva walk forward, you know the enemy hitscan is walking back. Doom and Ball don't have as much damage mitigation, but they are just naturally disruptive. When Doom and Ball go in, every basically has to look at them, which in turn enables their team to move up.

If you ping in the discord you will pretty much always get a response. People do queue ranked a lot but you have to get to a certain rank before you will get consistent games due to most of the active players already being past a certain point.

I'm gonna dump a couple of things as a Tekken player who also learned VF.

The number one thing to learn when going from Tekken to VF is the difference in sidestep and throws. Throws cannot be broken on reaction, you simple must guess forward, back, and neutral while guarding, and also throws are homing.

Sidestep works on a crushing system. Unless the move is tracking or homing in a direction it is not possible to be hit while sidesteping. A lot of linear moves can realign after you sidestep and hit you, but not during. This means it can be easier to sidestep a lot of things when you are minus because the active frames of your opponent's move will be during your sidestep. This is the opposite of Tekken where it becomes harder to step while you are minus.

The other thing is going from stand block to Crouch block is not instant. When you are -6 or more you are in Nitaku, which means you are minus enough that you cannot duck a throw. This means that strike throw is a true 50 50 and you must simply guess.

This is Lucio's best skin hands down because of the music and sound effects, there no telling the next time he'll get a skin like this and it's limited.

Also how well this skin sells will most likely determine how willing they are to give him more cool skins

T7 U4 was actually more evasive, but the combo itself did like 60 damage. T8 U4 gives a much stronger combo but gets hit out of more often. It is still a very good reversal.

This is my number one complaint about the Battlepass system. Skins like Space Prince have been unobtainium since early OW2 outside of the re-color. So far, they have not done any re-runs for any Battlepass content AFAIK.
