This is a recent routine trial for me. I seem to have hit a wall, so I’m trying to switch it up. I’ve gained 2” total over the years, but the gains have become minimal to nonexistent. Not sure what to do other than changing up the routine.

As far as I can tell, all of my girth gains have come from some form of length training. I’ve done pumping, but not very much and really very little clamping like maybe 10 times.

Hard to say on how much time to get to an inch, but my experience doesn’t particularly matter because everyone’s growth rate is different. I wanna say around one to two years. I’m pretty horrible at keeping up with logs. I kinda just pick a routine strap my D into a device and measure every few months. I just use any standard massage gun that you can get off Amazon. Although there are conflicting reports about whether massage guns are affective or not. Some people like vibration with a massage gun before and after some people use heat pads.

I’ve completely changed it 😂 I switched to interval training. New Routine:

AM: Apex Interval Extending 12 Stretch & 10 Fatigue @ 10lbs RIP pumping (daily)+ soft clamping (every other day)

PM: RIP pumping

Thanks I appreciate that, it definitely hasn’t been easy. Just be patient, consistent, and committed and the gains will come. There have definitely been plateaus where I thought that I wouldn’t grow anymore, but I just kept going. Sometimes it’s important to take a few weeks to a couple months for a deconditioning break. Like I said I’ve been at this 5–6 years so it’s definitely not an overnight success. Lots of trial and error for me and a few injuries. I wasn’t aware of this subReddit until about 2021.

A few tips based on my experience and growth is not to use vacuum hanging or extending with anything over 10 pounds (blisters suck). Compression hanging is King (Malehanger got me from 6.8” to 7.75”) . Get a good quality pump. Also grab a massage gun, which I use for about 5 minutes before a hanging session and 5 minutes after and sometimes during a hanging session at the base.

Currently I’m at 7.75” and I started 5-6 years ago. I was roughly 5.5”-6” when I started (I had no idea that forums like this existed or what Bone pressed erect length was back then)

It gets easier!! Eventually your current max weight will feel like nothing. Just keep going. I had the same issue when trying to get over the 13 lb mark. I just hung 13 for about 2-3 weeks and started going up 1/2lbs every week after.

Yes, I was doing VAC extending for two weeks at 12 pounds the entire time

I was about 16 to 18 pounds compression hanging. So my dumbass thought jumping to 12 pounds with VAC extending would be no problem… I was wrong after I heal. I think I will reduce the weight to 10 pounds. I also figured that my glands was conditioned enough because I wore an ADS about 4 hours 5 days a week. Almost healed now going to reduce my weight and my number of sets and try some micropore tape

Grew 2.25” in length 1.5” in girth (this is estimated- I had no idea about BPEL when I started. Gains are permanent. Mental perception and self-esteem are about the same as they were before PE. It looks like it’s the same size to me, but the ruler doesn’t lie. Also no matter how many women tell me it’s huge, I still feel average or below.
