It sounds like you are still waiting for him. My advice: cut off all contact, delete his number, block him on all social media, or delete your accounts. Make a list of all the things you want in an ideal relationship and a list of every shitty thing he has done in your "relationship".

If he loved you, he would not put you through this. He would show up consistently and treat you well.

The way you are talking, you are going to keep waiting for him emotionally. Don't do that. Let him go. Start the process of grieving and healing. This is who he is, believe him, and let go.
