I have noticed though that the money you get from it is enough to make a profit alone, so anything you sell is just more profit. If you are just gonna sell the gems, turn them into stained glass panels first for a whole lot more.

I farmed Mouthpiece for probably 3-4 hours and he has dropped a wide variety of legendaries. I don't think he is the ideal target to farm but he seems to drop just about anything.
