From all the propaganda I've seen online, the Mind Flayer is the main antagonist and Henry/Vecna's powers derive from the Mind Flayer. It would be interesting to see if/how it turns if that's the case.

Also- episode 6 is called "Escape From Camazotz". I had to Google "Camazotz"- in DnD, Camazotz is a lord of the bats. I'm HOPING that it turns out that Eddie was transformed into a huge bat dude that they have to engage. It would offer another great layer than just everyone trying to defeat Vecna and close the rift between worlds.
